(non vintage) A blending of 80% pinot meunier and 20% black pinot.This cuvee mixes two vintages 40% of which are reserve wine made from 1st Cru grapes only.
This specially fresh and full-bodied cuvee has a low sugar dosage to highlight all flavours.

Tasting advice:

Best for aperitif with old Gruyère cheese or summer Beaufort cheese ; delightful for the palate.
