Définition

« Carmillon »

It was necessary to create a new color name to be able to designate the extraordinary dress of this Rosé de Saignée: between carmine and vermilion. VINOGRAPHIE

MILLESIME 2013
PREMIER CRU
Ex Excellence

Définition

" Vinographie "
During an exceptional year, Nature and the winemaker write a vinography with four hands. It transcribes the richness of a unique language: the Chardonnay and the Pinot Noir are linked in equal parts, to a winemaking in controlled barrels. It is to be read and reread, alongside gourmet dishes, or in private ...

Typologie

Terroirs: Sacy, Les Mesneux
Age of the vines: 40 years

Vinography is a yin before it is even champagne. His 2013 vintage expresses itself in a beautiful travel universe: vanilla pods, coconut milk, cinnamon, mingle with menthol (eucalyptus, fennel) and lemon (candied lemon, citrus) notes. A finish on white pepper punctuates this very nice yin year. Great aging potential.
