It embodies the philosophy of the House which considers tasting as an invitation to dialogue. This cuvée is the perfect trigger for sharing and exchange. It is the initiation to the black, fresh and fine grape variety typical of the House and its terroir.

Dialogue is expressed by an “asserted tension”:
it comes from the purity and structure of the wine. The aromas that draw it are those of citrus fruits, doughof quince, yellow fruits. An opulent wine, with a pretty fragrance of raspberry emphasizing its delicacy. The ideal companion for cocktails and gourmet meals.

Multimis is a two-pronged wine:
the first opens with creamy pastry notes (meringue, macaron). It expresses its barrel aging through its notes of linseed oil, wax and dried and candied fruit (apple, pear). Then, a second part is revealed: an elegant patina of the wine then takes place in the mouth, with notes of citrus and orange blossom from the Chardonnay.A calm energy that appeals to lovers of Champagne wine.

Some words
Sublimum is a classy rose. We will retain from its expression, its nuance, its delicacy. Its aromas are those of grenadine, blueberries, exotic fruits (lychee, kumquat) and yellow fruits (peach). These notes are joined by orgeat and rhubarb to emphasize its energy and freshness. Signature wine, king of the aperitif.

« Carmillon »
It was necessary to create a new color name to be able to designate the extraordinary dress of this Rosé de Saignée: between carmine and vermilion. Carmillon comes from a technique known as "maceration" (the must and the berries rub shoulders, then their juice is here vinified in oak barrels). It derives from its rich aromatic complexity.

Half Chardonnay, half Pinot Noir, Luministe is gifted with the complexity of a skillful blend combining roasted notes and citrus freshness. The light that characterizes Chardonnay diffuses from the heart of this cuvée until its finish. Notice to fans of the genre.
N.B.: This echoes Luminisme, a Belgian artistic movement inspired by the Impressionists, who are keen to transcribe the beauty of sunny landscapes in their paintings.

Nice tension, minerality, elegance ... Luministe is under the imprint of Chardonnay. Its aromas of grapefruit, Montmorency cherries and white fruits confirm it. He gives his refreshing and airy style to cocoa, toasted notes, on ripe wheat and citrus fruits which testify to a fine aging in wood.
